Chrysalis VI is pleased to announce that it has entered into a definitive acquisition agreement with Exclamation Investments Corporation, a Canadian Investment company founded by Marc Lavine, continuing the long standing track record of Exclamation International Inc., first listed on the TSXV in 2000.
